WARREN, Ohio - The "Love the Bus" program pioneered by the Warren City Schools several years ago has now been adopted in all 50-states. It even has the attention of the Federal Transportation Committee.
The program started as a way for parents and students to say thank you to those who get children to school safely everyday. Kathyrn Hellweg, Warren City Schools Superintendent, feels very fortunate that the Warren Schools district is able to provide transportation when many around the country had to eliminate it.
Students made Valentine's Day cards for each bus driver as a way to show their appreciation.
