GIRARD, Ohio - The owner of a Girard business is accused of failing to give the government federal taxes collected from his employees over a four year period.

GIRARD, Ohio - The owner of a Girard business is accused of failing to give the government federal taxes collected from his employees over a four year period.
A document filed in federal court alleges that Patrick Rubinic did not pass along to the government more than 92 thousand dollars in witholding taxes from employees of his Knight Line Embroidery Company.
If convicted, Rubinic could face more than a year in prison.
