SMITH TOWSNHIP, Ohio - The dog breeder accused of running a puppy mill in Smith Township entered a written not guilty plea.
On January 17th, humane agents served a search warrant on the Winning in Blue Yorkies breeding facility on Johnson Road.
Terri Wylie, the owner, maintains that she's done nothing wrong. But humane agents say not only were the conditions for 105 dogs unsanitary, they allege the puppies were not receiving adequate medical care.
The raid was the largest seizure of animals in Mahoning County history.
