GROVE CITY, Pa. - A Mercer teen is facing charges, including child pornography, after allegedly harassing another using Twitter.

Grove City police tell 21 News an investigation revealed that 19-year-old Ian Meier allegedly posted a picture of a juvenile Grove City High School student holding a sexual object.

The school alerted police about the harassment.
