BROOKFIELD TOWNSHIP, Ohio - A Mesopotamia Township man accused shooting his girlfriend at her Brookfield home, now faces four criminal charges.
The Trumbull County Grand Jury has indicted 33-year-old Marvin Jules on charges of felonious assault, kidnapping, tampering with evidence and having weapons while under a disability.
Brookfield Police say Jules shot Lynda Campbell last month at the Ulp Street home the two share.
Jules told a 9-1-1 dispatcher that he became jealous and shot Campbell, who required surgery for three gunshot wounds.
