A Beaver Township night spot that features exotic dancers has been cited for alleged liquor violations for the second time in a month following a search by state agents and members of the Mahoning Valley Human Trafficking Task Force.

According to George Pitre, Agent in Charge of the Canton District of the Ohio Investigative Unit, agents from his organization, the task force and Beaver Township Police executed the search warrant at Tiffany Dolls Cabaret, 10708 Market Street late Friday and early Saturday.

Six citations were issued, including one for unsanitary conditions of tables, counters and coolers.

Four improper conduct citations were issued for nudity, engaging in sexual activity, public indecency, and drug paraphanelia possession.

The sixth citation was issued for solicitation for anything of value.

One person is also expected to face charges, however Pitre says he could not disclose any further information as of Monday afternoon, including why the Human Trafficking Task Force was involved in the investigation.

He says the case will be prosecuted by the Ohio Attorney General's Office.

In mid-October, the Ohio Investigative Unit issued four notices of violation following a search of the strip club, including serving beer after hours, nudity, engaging in sexual activity, and public indecency.

At that time, investigators say Justine McGee, 25, of Salem, had engaged in a sex act for $220.

McGee pleaded no contest to a charge of prostitution last week and has been sentenced to thirty days in jail.

In a separate incident, Beaver Township Police arrested McGee for possession of heroin in September.

The Department of Liquor Control will hold a hearing sometime in the next six months where the owner of the business will have a chance to respond to the violations.
