SANDY CREEK TWP., Pa. - State Police in Mercer County say the death of a Sandy Creek Township man in May has been ruled accidental.
According to a media release, investigators found no foul play was involved when 25-year-old Richard Chess Jr. died while working on a vehicle on Lake Road on May 8.
His obituary states that Chess died while working on his race car at the time.
