Dispatchers: Rollover in Leavittsburg caused by same driver in Route 5 hit skip

One person is in the hospital after dispatchers said they flipped their car after taking off from the scene of another crash in Trumbull County.

LEAVITTSBURG, Ohio - One person is in the hospital after dispatchers said they flipped their car after taking off from the scene of another crash in Trumbull County.

The crash happened around 12:30 am Sunday morning on Burnett Street in Leavittsburg.

Dispatchers said the driver was involved in a hit-and-run accident on State Route 5 in Braceville, about 25 minutes away, just before they crashed.

There's no word yet on the extent of the driver's injuries or if they will face any charges.
