Struthers man faces multiple charges after refusing to leave business
A man convicted of stalking a Struthers letter carrier is now being accused of trespassing at a business in Boardman and falsely claiming he was robbed.

BOARDMAN, Ohio - A man convicted of stalking a Struthers letter carrier is now being accused of trespassing at a business in Boardman and falsely claiming he was robbed.
Police arrested 36-year-old Justin Stamp for criminal trespass on April 7 after he allegedly refused to leave the Cocca's Pizza on Market Street near Boardman-Poland Road.
According to a police report, Stamp had already been given a criminal trespass warning and was told he was not allowed to return to Cocca's Pizza before he came into the restaurant playing loud music on his phone.
The report states that staff members asked Stamp to leave dozens of times before he finally stood up and walked toward the door.
The manager told police that staff members formed a human wall to prevent Stamp from going anywhere but out the door, and then he locked the door so Stamp could not get back in.
The manager also said that he saw Stamp "walking through the parking lot and touching all of the vehicles."
When police arrived, they arrested Stamp and then released him.
Police arrested Stamp again on April 8 at the Boardman Inn hotel for making false alarms after he claimed he was robbed. The hotel is across the street from Cocca's Pizza.
Stamp allegedly told police that a male suspect pulled a gun on him and that he hopes the suspect gets into a shootout with one of the officers.
According to the report, there was no video evidence of the robbery, so police arrested Stamp.
When police searched, they found a crack pipe in Stamp's pocket and a marijuana pipe on the table in his room.
During this time, police were told that Stamp called Cocca's Pizza earlier that day, which Stamp admitted to.
The report states that "Stamp's behavior became more bizarre" during the booking process, so he was taken to the hospital for a mental health evaluation.
Stamp faces charges of criminal trespass, making false alarms, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana drug paraphernalia, and telephone harassment.
Court records show Stamp was arraigned on all charges on April 9 and his pre-trial is set to start May 7.
