Sheet Pan Steak with Veggies

2 lbs. parcooked baby red potatoes

3 cups broccoli florets

2 Tbsp. olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning

2 tsp. seasoned salt, divided

1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper, divided

2 lbs. top sirloin steak, patted dry

  

Preheat broiler to 500°.

Place potatoes and broccoli onto a baking sheet lined with foil and sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Top with olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, 1 teaspoon seasoned salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Toss to coat and spread in a single layer.

Season steak with remaining teaspoon of seasoned salt and 1/2 teaspoon of pepper. Add to baking sheet with veggies. Cook 4 to 5 minutes, remove from oven to flip steak, then cook an additional 4 to 5 minutes, or until desired doneness.
