Newton Falls man accused of attacking woman at Kent State
The release says a female student was walking on the west side of the track when Clark approached the woman and pulled her pants down.

KENT, Ohio - A Newton Falls man has been arrested following an incident with a female student on campus.
According to the release, Kent State Police arrested 21-year-old Christopher Eugene Clark for gross sexual imposition, assault and obstructing official business.
Kent State representatives say the incident occurred Tuesday around 10 a.m. near the track behind DeWeese Health Center on campus.
The release says a female student was walking on the west side of the track when Clark approached the woman and pulled her pants down.
The woman fell during the encounter and suffered minor scrapes and cuts.
The release says Clark ran towards Loop Road and East Summit Street before he was arrested.
Police are still investigating.
