Harmon Avenue in Warren was unveiled Wednesday after a six-figure restoration project.

The newly repaved road and refinished sidewalks were repaired after being left in a disrepair for years.

The project was part of an effort to increase safety and traffic flow behind the Trumbull County Courthouse.

The nearly $500,000 project was a collaborative effort between the City of Warren and Trumbull County.

"This road hasn't been paved, and the sidewalks were cracked, so its a very well needed improvement were glad to have collaborated with the county," Doug Franklin, Warren mayor said.
