WARREN, Ohio - The motto of Warren's Community Volunteer Council is “Help Us Help Others.” But during the long holiday weekend, someone helped themselves to some of the organization's food meant for the needy.
The Director of the council told Warren Police that someone broke into their office on West Market Street Tuesday night and stole $40 worth of frozen meat.
Surveillance video shows a man arriving on a bicycle, then crawling through a broken basement window and then leaving through the same window.
Police are reviewing the video in hopes of identifying the suspect.
The council distributes food and clothing to low-income residents of Trumbull County.
