Youngstown man sentenced in biting and choking assault case

YOUNGSTOWN -
A Youngstown man who bit and choked a woman in her home has been sentenced to serve time in prison.
Daniel Uncapher, 27, was sentenced to serve between five and seven and a half years behind bars.
Uncapher was found guilty Mahoning County Common Pleas Court in December on charges of kidnapping, abduction, assault and aggravated menacing.
The woman told police that a drunk Uncapher cornered her, and he began biting her leg and choking her.
According to reports, Unchpher refused to let the victim go and began to bite her cheek and ear.
Officers say they could see red marks in the shape of a hand on the victim's neck and bite marks on her face.
