People trying to dial in the Valley's 2-1-1 Help Network may have experienced some trouble Friday morning.

As of 7:30 am Friday, Help Network officials say they were down to only two lines, and wanted potential callers to know that they may have difficulty getting through.

There has been a fifty percent increase in calls since the coronavirus crisis, and officials note that volunteers are spending more time on many calls from people worried about the pandemic and those needing help with food, rent, or unemployment assistance.

Phone lines were fixed as of 12 p.m.
