Cars decorated with signs, banners and pom-poms drove throughout the community to deliver signs to Cardinal Mooney seniors.

Since their typical graduation couldn't happen, members of the school district and community came together to try and bring a little joy to the class of 2020.

They placed yard signs throughout the four continues represented by Mooney seniors that read, "We are Mooney. Thank you class of 2020."

Organizers wanted to let them know they appreciate them.

"We wanted the opportunity to recognize them, let them understand how much we appreciate them and give them the chance just for a few minutes to have some happiness and maybe smile and bring some joy to them," said Michael McGlone, who was one of the people who helped organize the event. 

There were eight different groups out delivering those signs Saturday morning.
