Outdoor dining resumes in Ohio on Friday

If you've been eager to sit down at a restaurant and have dinner, you'll be able to do that starting Friday.
It's part of the governor's two-phase plan that will allow outside dining, but some restaurants are remaining cautiously optimistic of the reopening.
In fact, not everyone will be opening up their patios tomorrow.
Some restaurants say they'd rather open when inside dining resumes, while others are putting off dining entirely until things return to the status quo.
But what almost all of them say is that they really don't know what to expect
Local restaurants like El Jalapeno are eager to start phase one of the governor's recent order, which allows outside dining, but there is still a lot of uncertainty.
"There's honestly no real way to prepare for it on such short notice."
Short notice has also delayed restaurants such as Leo's Ristorante from opening up their patio.
"I THINK IT'S A MATTER OF READINESS, PERSONALLY WE'RE NOT READY BUT NEXT WEEK WE SHOULD HAVE IT ALL TOGETHER. WE HAVE TO RECONFIGURE OUR SEATING OUT HERE AND WE ALSO HAVE TO RECONFIGURE OUR SEATING IN THE DINING ROOM TO KEEP EVERYONE AT A SAFE DISTANCE."
Places like Bogey's is Coitsville who have done exceptionally well when it comes to carry out, don't know if outdoor dining will be financially feasible.
Bogey's says they should be back in business by early June.
Panera, who are known for their outdoor setting will be opening their patios as well come Friday.
