Tarp to blame for SUV crash on Himrod Ave. Expressway
An SUV flipped onto it's side in the Westbound lane of the Himrod Avenue Expressway in Youngstown after a tarp from inside the vehicle flew out and blocked the driver's sight.

Around 4 p.m. this afternoon, an SUV flipped onto it's side in the Westbound lane of the Himrod Avenue Expressway in Youngstown just before the I-680 Split.
The driver of the SUV told us he had a blue tarp inside the back of the vehicle that flew forward and covered the driver's sight.
The driver wasn't seriously injured and traffic was only blocked for a short time while crews removed the SUV.
