The Meijer Supercenter under construction in Boardman has started looking for employees.

The retailer’s website says it is seeking applicants for seven job descriptions including cake decorator gas station clerk, meat cutter, inventory coordinator, receiving clerks, greeter, and cashier.

The building being put up along Route 224 in Boardman is starting to look more and more like a Meijer Supercenter.

The store at Boardman-Canfield Road and Tippecanoe Road is slated to open next year. However, no official opening date has been revealed.

Meijer Supercenters offer produce, a fish market, butcher shop, a bakery, in addition to an electronics shop, a home section with rugs and bedding, and clothing for men, women, and children.

Meijer has about 246 stores nationwide, and according to 2015 revenue, is the 26th largest retailer in the country.
