COLUMBUS, Ohio - Local state representative Al Cutrona announced Wednesday that he has signed and sent a letter to Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost urging him to join Texas in their lawsuit against election irregularities.

Cutrona hopes Ohio will join Texas' lawsuit against Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin against election irregularities.

"These changes, made outside of the rule of law and outside of the legislative process, have cast a great deal of uncertainty as to the outcome of the election in those states," said Cutrona. "It is only proper that these changes be analyzed by the United States Supreme Court to determine if they did in fact fall within the scope of law, and if not, appropriate action must be taken to ensure the sanctity of the election."

Cutrona says the lawsuit is not about the election outcome but to ensure that all states had a legal election.
