Austintown bar cited for violating COVID-related health orders

AUSTINTOWN, Ohio - Agents have cited an Austintown bar for violating COVID-related health orders.
According to the release, El Cowboy received a violation for improper conduct and disorderly activity.
Agents went into the bar at 8:45 p.m. Friday and found approximately 100 people inside and a live band performing.
The report says several people were dancing and moving throughout the bar drinking alcohol.
Bar seats were in use without social distancing measures and others were standing in the bar area.
The case will go before the Ohio Liquor Control Commission for potential penalties that could include fines or the suspension or revocation of liquor permits.
