YPD looks for machete-wielding robber

YOUNGSTOWN - Police are hoping someone can help identify the machete-wielding suspect who robbed a business in Youngstown.
Detective Mike Lambert is circulating surveillance images taken Saturday evening during a robbery at the Family Dollar store at 2708 Glenwood Avenue.
The man, wearing a mask, gloves, a knit cap, and a hooded sweatshirt, can be seen holding the machete as he is standing behind a store employee.
The suspect is described as a black male in his 30’s, about six feet tall and 230 pounds.
Anyone who can identify the suspect is asked to call Crime stoppers at 330-746-CLUE or the Detective Bureau Tip Line at 330-742-8973.
