Warren police arrest homeless man twice in one day

Matthew Wagner, 23, was arrested after 6:30 a.m. Tuesday after complaints, he was hanging around outside a gas station and bothering customers at the drive-thru of a donut shop at Market Street and Tod Avenue.
Later that morning, Wagner was released from the Trumbull County Jail, only to be arrested late that same night after refusing to leave Trumbull Regional Medical Center after being discharged by doctors.
Those were not the first instances Wagner was arrested. He pleaded guilty to trespassing in Warren in November 2019 and August of last year.

Niles police arrested him last month, charging him with trespassing. A judge ordered Wagner to stay away from the Eastwood Mall Parking lot.
