Police are looking for the driver of a pickup truck that struck a utility pole, cutting power to a Youngstown neighborhood.

The pole was damaged and wires were pulled down at around midnight at East Boston and South Avenues on the city's South Side.

Youngstown police tell 21 News the driver fled before officers got there.

An Ohio Edison crew was called out to restore power to a handful of area homes.
