AUSTINTOWN, Ohio - Youngstown Area Goodwill will host a hiring event for its Austintown store and donation center Friday, May 12.

Goodwill is holding open interviews at their new location near Walmart at 6009 Mahoning Avenue from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The location is double the size of the former site in the Austintown Plaza, creating a demand for added jobs.

Two other area Goodwill stores will also hold hiring events this month.

The Boardman store on Route 224 will host their event on Friday, May 21 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Goodwill's Salem location on East State Street will hold their hiring event from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on May 27.

Positions available include assistant managers, supervisors, donation attendants, sorters, janitors, and customer service representatives.

Applicants should bring two forms of ID.
