A New Wilmington man wanted for alleged sex crimes against children is back in jail.

Tyler Bowen, 22, was booked into the Mercer County Jail on Tuesday less than a week after State Police asked the public to help find him.

Police last week published a wanted poster for Bowen, who is charged with 11 counts of sex crimes in connection with a May 1, 2020 incident in Pine Township.

Bowen is charged Rape, Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse, Unlawful Contact with a Minor, Sexual Assault, Sexual Abuse of Children, Statutory Sexual Assault, Obscene and Oher Sexual Materials and Performances, and Indecent Assault

During his arraignment before a district justice on Tuesday, the bond for Bowen was set at $25,000.

Another hearing is scheduled on July 21.
