Macy's to sell Toys 'R' Us brand in stores

Toys 'R' Us is making its return to the retail market- though a little differently than their customers were previously used to.
Macy's has announced they've partnered with WHP Global to bring one of America's favorite toy stores back to shoppers.
Beginning next year, the Toys 'R' Us brand will be offered in over 400 Macys locations around the nation.
"Our partnership with Macy's marks the greatly anticipated return of Toys 'R' Us in the U.S.A.," said WHP Global and Toys 'R' Us CEO Yehuda Shmidman. "[It] changes the retail landscape by combining two beloved retail brands together for consumers across the nation in a completely innovative way. We're thrilled to be launching this new partnership together with Macy's."
The toy store previously shut its doors in 2018 after filing for bankruptcy.
As of today, customers can head to Macy's website or ToysRUS.com to shop Toys 'R' Us products.
Asked if Macy's at the Eastwood and Southern Park Mall will be included in the rollout, a company spokesperson told 21 News they don't yet have a list of stores.
