Mahoning County Public Health to hold flu shot clinics throughout the county

Mahoning County Public Health will be holding flu shot clinics at various locations throughout Mahoning County.
The CDC recommends everyone age 6 months and over to get the flu shot every season.
Locations and times for these upcoming clinics are as follows:
-Thursday Sept. 30 at Mahoning County Public Health (50, Westchester Dr.) from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
-Monday Oct. 4 at Berlin Township Weidemier House (15823, Akron-Canfield Rd.) from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
-Tuesday Oct. 5 at Beaver Township Woodworth Park (225, Warren Ave.) from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
-Thursday Oct. 7 at Mahoning County Public Health (50, Westchester Dr.) from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
-Friday Oct. 8 at Canfield United Methodist Church (27, South Broad St.) from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
-Wednesday Oct. 13 at Boardman United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall (6809, Market St.) from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
-Thursday Oct. 14 at Mahoning County Public Health (50, Westchester Dr.) from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
-Monday Oct. 18 at Poland Township Administrative Building (3339, Dobbins Rd.) from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
-Wednesday Oct. 20 at Struthers Mauthe Park (156, Smithfield St.) from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
-Thursday Oct. 21 at Mahoning County Public Health (50, Westchester Dr.) from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
-Thursday Nov. 4 at Mahoning County Public Health (50, Westchester Dr.) from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Mahoning County Public Health will bill insurance companies. Those who attend any of these clinics should bring their insurance cards, drivers license and Medicaid and Medicare cards so the cost of the vaccine can be billed. Most private insurance providers are accepted.
