YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - U.S. Marshals are offering a $5,000 reward to anyone with information leading to the arrest of Andre McCoy Jr. (21).

McCoy is currently wanted by the Mahoning County Sheriff's Office for aggravated murder, felonious assault, aggravated burglary, robbery and tampering with evidence.

McCoy is the last suspect wanted for an incident in Struthers on September 21, 2020 resulting in the death of 4-year-old Rowan Sweeney. Four other adults were hurt during the incident, including McCoy.  

McCoy is known to be in the Youngstown area and should be considered armed and dangerous. Anyone found to be aiding McCoy will be charged accordingly.

McCoy is described as a black male, standing at approximately 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighing approximately 215 pounds.
