Promoters for the British rock band Foreigner's "The Hits Orchestral Tour" have notified the Youngstown Foundation Amphitheatre that the group's show scheduled for Tuesday, October 12 has been cancelled.
A reason for cancellation was not specified.
Refunds will be automatically refunded at the point of purchase according to a spokesperson from venue management.
"If the tickets were transferred to you, the refund will go to the fan who originally purchased the tickets from Ticketmaster," says a statement on the amphitheatre's website.
Foreigner's show on Wednesday, October 13 in Grand Rapids, Michigan has also been cancelled.
The band's other tour dates are still scheduled as planned. That includes a run of shows in California between October 7-9, several days before the scheduled Youngstown date.
Foreigner would have performed with a full orchestra at the event.
