WARREN, Ohio - A crash Thursday night in Warren, sent an SUV flying into the window of an audio store and sent six people, including four children, to the hospital.

According to a police report, the accident happened at about 10 p.m. on Thursday at the corner of Elm Road and Washington Street. The report says a 24 year-old woman driving a mini van told police she didn't see an SUV, and accidentally pulled out in front of the vehicle.

The crash sent the SUV across two lanes and into the front window of Advanced Custom Sound, located on Elm Road.

Both vehicles had children inside. The SUV had a 5 year-old. The mini-van had three children under the age of three.

The owner of the store tells 21 News, that no one was seriously injured and there was no serious damage to the store. No one was inside the shop at the time.

According to the report, the driver of the mini van admitted to being at fault and was issued a citation.
