Valley drivers might see relief at the pump this week as gas prices across Northeast Ohio are decreasing- slightly.

According to AAA East Central's Gas Price Report, the weekly average for Northeast Ohio is sitting at at $3.27 a gallon, down just four cents from the previous week's average.

Youngtown's average was two cents lower than the regional average, coming in at $3.25 a gallon for unleaded gasoline.

Niles averaged $3.31 per gallon.

The decrease can be credited to lowering cost of crude oil, as fears of inflation weighed on the market.

The Energy Information Administration reported that the country's domestic crude oil supply increased by 1 million barrels last week, also contributing to the decrease.

Demand for gasoline is dropping as well, falling from 9.5 million barrels per day to 9.26 million barrels per day.

The National average for unleaded, self-service gasoline for this week is $3.41 a gallon.
