Police: Man arrested at Liberty Walmart has prior indecency arrests

LIBERTY TWP, Ohio - Notice: Some elements of this story are sexual in nature that some may find objectionable.
Police say a man arrested for public indecency in the Liberty Walmart has prior arrests and convictions for similar crimes in Texas and other parts of Ohio.
Officers were called to the store on Saturday after a customer claimed that a man with his hand inside his pants was looking at her in the women’s clothing department.
After reviewing the surveillance video, police concluded that 47-year-old Omar Dean of Youngstown had been watching pornography on his cell phone.
Police believe Dean masturbated before touching $311 worth of merchandise in the store.
When Dean was arrested, police say he had a bottle of Vaseline in his pocket.
Bail was set at $5,000 when Dean pleaded not guilty to charges of public indecency and criminal damaging. Dean was still in jail as of Wednesday morning.
Another court hearing is scheduled next week in the case.
