State Troopers have cited a driver for a rollover crash that closed part of Route 46 in Howland for six hours overnight.

Witnesses say a car rolled over and struck a pole north of East Market Street at around 11 p.m. Tuesday.

The impact brought down power lines, forcing the closure of Route 46 in both directions from Westwind Drive NE to High Street NE until 5 a.m. Wednesday.

The patrol says the woman driving the car was cited for OVI and taken to St. Joseph Hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
