Neshannock Township Police are investigating after a car drove through the front of a business Friday afternoon.

The incident happened at Jameson's Candy on the 3400 block of Wilmington Road around 2 p.m.

Police say the woman lost control of her car and drove through the front of the building.

The car smashed through the front door and window, travelling all the way to the back of the store.

The owner of the store said multiple employees and customers were in the store but nobody, including the driver, was injured.

The woman driver sat in her car for some time after the crash until the fire department deemed it safe for her to exit and the car was driven out of the building shortly after.

Jameson's Candy is closed until further notice due to the incident.
