YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - The developer planning to bring a fresh food market to the former Dorian Bookstore location has backed out of the project.

This is according to Youngstown City Councilman, Julius Oliver. Oliver tells 21 News he is unsure of the reason why the developer has chosen to back out of the project.

Oliver went on to tell us that Youngstown's economic development department is currently trying to schedule a meeting with the developer to salvage this deal, however the date and time have not been set yet.
