School officials say this will honor former Principal Jim Klingensmith, who passed away last week.

Students will present a donation of supplies to Animal Charity of Ohio, Angels for Animals and Friends of Fido/Mahoning County Dog Pound at 2 p.m. Tuesday.

In total, the organization was able to raise $1,600 and $200 in online donations. They will get a full matched donation and give it right back to the community.

"When somebody is preparing to victimize you, they're watching you," Marshall said. "Something you're doing. Maybe that behavior of turning away and disregarding your purse could be something that would make them see the window."

The program will help students with unsettled debt re-enroll into the university and complete their degrees.
