Police ask for assistance in locating missing Youngstown man

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - Youngstown Police detectives are asking the community for assistance in locating a missing adult.
Detectives say that Isiah Helms (22) went missing after leaving his Plaza View Court residence at approximately 2:50 a.m. Sunday morning. It is believed that Helms was picked up in a vehicle by an unknown person
The following description has been provided the following description for Helms: 22 years old, 5 foot 9 inches tall, 180 pounds, black male, black hair and brown eyes.
