OSP seeks help finding semi after Columbiana County hit-skip
According to the report, a man was standing outside of his pick-up truck when he was struck by a passing semi.

The Ohio State Highway Patrol is asking the public to after a hit skip crash involving a semi truck in Columbiana County.
It was around 11:30 a.m. Thursday when Troopers were called to State Route 30 in Saint Clair Township to reports of a man hit by a semi truck.
According to the report, a man was standing outside of his pick-up truck when he was struck by a passing semi.
Reports say the man was transported to St. Elizabeth's Hospital for treatment. His condition is unknown at this time.
The vehicle Troopers believe hit the man is described as a white semi pulling a white trailer with blue stripes.
