YSU to host annual hack-a-thon

HackYSU 2022 will be held at Youngstown State University in the DeBartolo Stadium Club on April 8-10th.
The event allows students of all majors and experience levels to come together and create something that can be showcased.
Many students make apps or a website in the time given, but the event is not limited to only these programs. Students can create software, hardware, a business plan, art, a design or any other technology project they want to make.
Saturday will focus on creating interfaces, websites, and web applications.
The hacking ends Sunday at 10:00 a.m. as students prepare to submit their projects that will be announced at the awards ceremony at 1:00 p.m.
The event is free to join. Food is provided to students.
The projects will be exhibited in a showcase around noon on Sunday. Cash prizes will be awarded to some of the students.
