Warren man arrested for 'child exploitation' video allegedly found on tablet on Halloween

WARREN, Ohio - A man was arrested on Thursday for an incident dating back to Halloween of 2021 in which a video containing "child exploitation" was found on his tablet.
Police say they responded to a call from the landlord of a property on Griswold Street in Warren on Halloween. The landlord told police that a friend of hers had entrusted her ex-boyfriend's tablet to her.
The ex-boyfriend, identified as Christopher Rosier, is confirmed to be a registered sex offender. The landlord advised police that his tablet had a video featuring child exploitation.
The tablet was taken for evidence and police disabled it from Wi-Fi or any other network access.
Rosier was booked in the Trumbull County Jail on charges of Pandering Obscenity.
Rosier was previously arrested pandering obscenity involving minors in 2014 in connection to a case from the previous year.
