A warrant has been issued for the arrest of a man accused of punching a staff member at a Warren Hospital.
According to a police report, another police agency had ordered 28-year-old Jonathan Williams of Warren to undergo evaluation at Trumbull Regional Medical Center on Monday.
A 62-year-old hospital staff member said that Williams thrashed around, resisting her attempts to administer a COVID-19 nasal swab test required before hospital admission.

Police told the staff member that she could speak to a prosecutor about filing charges.
Williams was charged with felonious assault on Wednesday.
