Driver identified after deadly rollover crash on I-680 in Boardman
One person was partially ejected and died at the scene.

BOARDMAN, Ohio - The Ohio State Highway Patrol has identified the driver that was killed in a rollover crash Monday afternoon.
Boardman police received the call around 2 p.m. for the crash off I-680 southbound near the Route 224 exit.
State Troopers say the driver, identified as 51-year-old James Simmons Jr. of Youngstown, was heading southeast when he went off the road, struck a fence, a ditch then overturned.
Troopers say Simmons was partially thrown from the vehicle and was not wearing a seat belt.
The Ohio State Highway Patrol is still investigating the cause of the crash.
