Standoff at north side home over as police leave scene
Police say this does not appear to be a hostage situation, but a male suspect is refusing to come out of the home.

A standoff at a home on Bissell Avenue on Youngstown's north side ended after about three hours.
21 News crews on scene observed police vehicles leaving the scene just after 11:00 p.m.
Police told 21 News at around 6:30 p.m. they responded to a call at Wick and Saranac Avenue in reference to a male allegedly waving a gun around. Police sources confirmed that this standoff is related to that call.
At this point, it is unknown if anyone was taken into custody or if anyone is hurt.
Roads are currently blocked off between Kensington Avenue and Wick Avenue. Drivers should avoid the area.
