Columbiana Co. Fair: What you need to know to go

Fans of food, fun, and entertainment will be headed to the Columbiana County Fairgrounds in Lisbon this week as the annual County Fair gets underway.
Opening ceremonies will take place at 6 p.m. Monday for the fair which runs from August 1, 2022, through Sunday, August 7, 2022, at 225 Lee Avenue Lisbon.
The price of admission includes rides. Service members in uniform, and children under three get in free every day. There’s also a free admission day set aside for veterans and senior citizens.
Featuring daily harness racing as well as lots of grandstand events, many with free admission. Fair goers can watch tractor pulls, bull riding, and barrel racing, capped off Sunday with the popular combine and car demolition derbies.
Grandstand entertainment includes music from the Real Country Music Bank, Brent Breger Band, Ashley Best Band, the Tribute Band, and a gospel fest on Sunday.
Grandstand reserved seat tickets are on sale at the fair office at the Archway Gate on Lee Avenue from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Reserved seat tickets are sold at the souvenir shop by the Grandstand until sold out.

FAIR GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETS:
Monday Preview Night (Gates open at 3 p.m.) $6
Tuesday through Sunday (All Day) $10
Children under age 3 and service members in uniform admitted free every day
Tuesday – Senior citizens age 62 and older and veterans with proper ID are admitted free.
Tuesday – Bike Night: Free admission for riders. (Passenger pays gate admission)
All general admission prices include rides. (No rides on Monday)
PARKING
Public parking lots are located on the North side of Saltwell Road and accessed from St Rt 45. Free shuttle wagon service will pick you up in the parking lot and deliver you to your choice of gates. You can enter the fairgrounds by walking over the historic Bow String Bridge or you can choose to enter through the gate at the lower midway near the Junior Fair animal barns, show rings, and office.?
Limited parking is also available as you enter Gate A off of Lee Ave., but this area is primarily used for handicapped parking and pass holders.
Buyers will enter through Gate A off Lee Ave. and park in the infield of the track.
No public access is available on the West side of the fairgrounds at the Vista Gate which is reserved for concession and exhibitor pass holders only.
No access is available at Gate B off Lee Ave. This is an exit only.
