A weekend birthday party ends with a big brawl in the front yard of a Warren city assistant prosecutor.

The son of Assistant City Prosecutor Nick Graham was among the individuals who called 911. Johnny Graham, 19, told a Trumbull County 911 dispatcher he needed help immediately at his family's home on Fairway Dr. NE. Saturday night.

"I have a pool party and it's my fault, I need the cops now," he said to the dispatcher.

Nick Graham tells 21 News he has no comment on the incident yet and that he's "waiting on the investigation to pan out".

Warren police detectives say they're actively investigating the claims of what happened and reviewing police body camera video.

Nick Graham says the brawl started after two car loads of men came to the party and refused to leave. He told police he asked them to leave multiple times.

Ryan A. Boano, 18, of Lowellville, is currently the only suspect charged in connection to the fight. He's facing charges of felonious assault and obstructing official business. Johnny Graham accuses Boano of hitting him over the back of the head with a glass bottle. He was later taken to an emergency room to get stitches.

Graham says Boano was wearing a black tank top and ski mask.

Warren police were called to the scene at around 11:30 p.m. When they got to the Graham's house they walked toward Boano, who they say ignored the officers and continued to walk away from them going eastbound on Melwood Drive. Police state in their report that Boano tried to hop into an on coming truck on

Wildwood Dr. before an officer caught up with him and placed him in handcuffs.

So far Warren police do not have any evidence of any potential underage drinking at the party. They're currently reviewing witness accounts and police body camera video footage.

Warren City Law Director Enzo Cantalamessa says Nick Graham has been on sick leave for about a week. He says anyone who has any more information about the incident should reach out to investigators.
