Austintown man indicted on charges of sex with a 14-year-old; supplying drugs to a minor

A 21-year-year-old Austintown man has been indicted on charges of engaging in sexual activity with a minor, and with furnishing controlled substance to a minor.
Kwami Williams is facing one count of providing a controlled substance to a minor, one count of furnishing or administering a controlled substance, a second-degree felony, and three counts of engaging in sexual conduct with a 14-year-old, both fourth-degree felonies.
According to the indictment, Williams allegedly engaged in sexual activity and allegedly provided drugs to the minor from March 20 through March 24 of this year.
Each count of unlawful sex with a minor in Ohio is punishable by six to 18 months in prison, and fines not to exceed more than $5,000; corruption of another with drugs is punishable with a prison term of at least two years. Williams could be facing up to 8 years in prison based on the charges.
Williams is set to be arraigned by the grand jury judge on Oct. 12 at 9 a.m.
