Decision 2022: Brooks sent back to PA Senate for third term
Pennsylvania State Senator Michele Brooks is being sent to Harrisburg for a third term by handily defeating Democratic challenger Rianna Czech.

HARRISBURG, Pa. - Pennsylvania State Senator Michele Brooks is being sent to Harrisburg for a third term by handily defeating Democratic challenger Rianna Czech.
Brooks received 67,696 of the votes in the 50th Senatorial District compared to 19,211 for Czech.
Elected to represent Mercer and Crawford Counties, along with parts of Erie and Warren Counties in 2014, Brooks was re-elected in 2018.
Before being elected to the Senate, she served eight years in the House of Representatives, after terms as Mercer County Commissioner and a Jamestown Borough Councilmember.
