COLUMBUS, Ohio - OSP is asking folks throughout Ohio for assistance in locating a man they describe as a "dangerous escapee."
Troopers are currently searching for 38-year-old Jacob Davidson, who they say escaped from Twin Valley Behavioral Health in Columbus on Thursday, December 29.
Davidson was being held on numerous felony charges in relation to a shooting in Morrow County on November 10, which led to an officer-involved shooting with the Bucyrus Police Department.
Troopers describe Davidson as a white male with blue eyes. He is five feet and 11 inches tall and 210 pounds. He was last seen with brown hair and a full beard wearing a red flannel shirt with a maroon t-shirt underneath with blue sweatpants and black velcro tennis shoes.
Troopers advise anyone who sees Davidson not to approach him and instead call law enforcement immediately at 614-466-2660.
