LISBON, Ohio - The Columbiana County Grand Jury will decide if there is enough evidence to put a Washingtonville man on trial for his alleged part in a murder.

Forty-two-year-old Christopher Mills waived a hearing in Columbiana County Municipal Court on Thursday.

The case was bound over to the grand jury which will consider charges of Obstruction of Justice.

Police say Mills is believed to be the man who drove suspect, Michael Blower to and from the scene of the March 3rd murder of Rusty Steel in Lisbon.

Investigators say Mills failed to notify law enforcement of the murder and that investigation revealed that Mills had allegedly lied to police about certain aspects of the case.
